A customer of Buoy cafe in Auckland was outraged when she wasn't allowed to use a takeaway coffee cup while she dined in. The cafe owners only give out the cups for people taking their coffee away. It lead to a heated exchange which saw the customer trespassed. The panelists debate the policy.
