Australia's banking and financial services sector has been found sadly lacking and downright damaging to businesses and individuals. Just how healthy are the banks in New Zealand? Would the Panelists like to see a similar inquiry held here? A huge swath of bush and pine plantations have been destroyed by a bushfire in the Nelson region. Tinder dry conditions and the continuing hot Summer have created the perfect conditions for this fire. NIWA tells us New Zealand had the second-hottest year on record in 2018.
