The Government has confirmed the referendum on recreational cannabis use will be binding. It's part of the confidence and supply agreement between the Greens and Labour. The question will be asked at the 2020 election. We speak to Law Professor Andrew Geddis about how the question should be phrased. Prime Minister Theresa May has delayed the vote on her Brexit deal until January. Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has tabled a no confidence motion. Meanwhile, British MPs are adamant there won't be another referendum on Brexit. The panelists weigh in on the issues. New reseach has revealed plants don't like to be touched. The study by the University of Melbourne found touching from humans, animals, insects and even other plants can stunt their growth. Research Director at La Trobe Institute for Agriculture and Food, Professor Jim Whelan, explains.
