Police investigating the killing of British backpacker Grace Millane have located a shovel believed to be related to their enquiry. But also today the Bar Association has come out to express concern about some of the reporting of the case - and is calling on those who are breaching the orders to stop doing so because it could not only endanger a fair trial but "potentially any future trial at all". Theresa May is immune from leadership challenges for a year after winning a no-confidence vote. The government is re-categorising the two most common synthetic drugs as Class A, which would make their supply an offence punishable by life imprisonment. It's also boosting funding for treatment.
