From The Panel, 4:03 pm on 3 December 2018

The National party has rebounded in 1 news' latest Colmar Brunton Poll. Its back on top at 46 percent, while Labour ahs slipped two points to 43, the greens are down to five percent and New Zealand is down one point to four percent. Simon Bridges remains on just seven percent in the preferred Prime Minister stakes, Judith Collins hot on his heels at six. We ask the panelists if this tells us much. We discuss bullying in the workplace after two cases hit the news in recent days. National MP Maggie Barry has denied allegations of workplace bullying against her and leader Simon Bridges says her backs her. Some have suggested the leaking of these details was by some inside the party to undermine a possible leaderhsip bid. Meanwhile, accusations of workplace bullying by Retirement Commissioner Diane Maxwell have been revealed, which she also denies. We talk to Employment lawyer Gareth Abdinor about what is expected, and what's not tolerated in the workplace. Residents in Auckland Devonport suburb will get subsidised use of an all-electric ride-share service being trialled by Auckland Transport, to get them to and from the ferry terminal. The rides cost $2.50 each. Devonport-Takapuna Local Board member Mike Sheehy is questioning why so much money is being spent on a selected few. We ask him about his concerns.
