ChCH looks at alcohol park ban

Alcohol could be banned at 20 Christchurch parks as Rugby League struggles to control sideline behaviour described as volatile and unsafe. Canterbury Rugby League says it's concerned for the safety of spectators the players and officials due to people drinking on the sidelines and getting violent.
