Fake speed cameras: better than the real thing?

A fake speed camera situated at the southern entrance to the Taranaki town of Inglewood has done a valiant job for two year by deterring speeding. It's just recently that it appears motorists have cottoned-on and their speeds in the area have gone back up. Traffic lawyer Steve Cullen thinks fake speed cameras are great.
