An Auckland daycare centre has taken a child off its roll because his parents wouldn't send him for the minimum 7 hours a day.The Mighty Minds Educare in Penrose seems worried about how the paperwork looks in the eyes of the Ministry of Education. The CEO of the Early Childhood Council Peter Reynolds explains the legal requirements around attending day care and whether centres can impose minimum hours attendance.
