Seatbelts, speeding cops, rumble strips and middle aged bikers

From The Panel, 4:17 pm on 20 November 2018

Hutt City Councillor Chris Milne is questioning if fining his wife for not wearing a seat belt in a car park is a good use of Police time. It seems it's a case "damned if you do, damned if you don't" for Police speeding on their way to jobs. Rumble stips are being ripped off roads in Otago and Southland after complaints by cyclists. And, it might be more like "born to be mild" rather than wild for middle aged motorcyclists who are getting flak for not being skilled enough behind the handlebars. Southland Motorcycle Club President Andy Underhay rubbishes that.
