Govt walk-back - possibility of KiwiBuild homes being flipped

Property investors are welcoming the government's easing restrictions on selling KiwiBuild homes. Owners who sell in the first three years of taking ownership will still keep 70-percent of the profits, but housing expert Leonie Freeman says it undermines the point of the KiwiBuild initiative.
