No room at the Koru Club inn

Air New Zealand's experiencing heavy demand for its Koru Lounge so it's now notifying passengers in advance to head to the Strata Lounge instead. This is a lounge used by other airlines and open to all passengers - for a fee. Is this a bit rich if you've already paid around $1000 for Koru Club membership.
