Dunedin house values rise

Properties in about 50 areas of Auckland are now worth less than their CVs including affluent suburbs like Epsom and Remuera. CV's for Christchurch are also not great. Auckland now has a median Homes Estimate of $918,000 up just 0.2 per cent on the year before. Christchurch is at $437,000 down 0.3 per cent. One shining light for property values is Dunedin and real estate agent Mark Miller talks about his neck of the woods.
