China funded Penlink road

A Chinese construction company has offered to build the long-mooted four-lane, $400-million-dollar Penlink toll road north of Auckland. The Auckland Chamber of Commerce CEO Michael Barnett says it doesn't matter where the funding comes from, the road is desperately needed.
