A landlord has been left seemingly powerless after a tenant sublet her property and left her out of pocket.The tenant was evicted but he's already divided up the house, padlocking doors and bringing in other residents who paid rent to him and not the landlord. Police haven't acted saying no complaint has been laid. Andrew King of the Property Investors Federation talks about the power or lack of that property owners have in a situation like this.
