People reluctant to answer calls

Scammers are putting many people off answering their phone. A company that makes caller ID and call-blocking software says last year 3.7 per cent of all calls to mobile numbers were spam, this year it's 29 per cent and they predict that'll rise to 44.6 per cent next year.
