$9.5m apartment off-the-plan

A top floor apartment at 2 Churton Street in the Auckland suburb of Parnell has sold for a record breaking $9.25m off-the-plan. Alistair Helm is a former chief executive at Realestate.co.nz now with Bayleys Real Estate and says this sale isn't really surprising.
