Crime Policing and Ethnic Communities

The government says it's upping the number of Police in Northland by 25 per cent. The announcement comes ahead of the start of the Minister of Justice Andrew Littles' Summit on Criminal Justice. Meanwhile the country's ethnic communities have their own concerns about how crime is affecting them.
