The lingering question of the "New Zealand culture"

Winston Peters tells broadcaster Leighton Smith he wants a 'New Zealand culture' rather than a plethora of cultures "rising up like mushrooms." It's a familiar argument of Winston's, and also a familiar call for Prime Ministers to make, though previously they've been British or Australian PMs.
