Nurses likely to strike again

The nurses held a 24 hour strike yesterday after turning down an offer of pay rises of between 12.5 and 15 percent and 500 extra full-time nurses. The Health Minister David Clark and the Acting PM Winston Peters say there's no more money on offer for nurses. Will any number of strikes change that?
