Women don't like open-plan

AUT researcher Rachel Morrison has found that men and women react very differently to open-plan offices. Women feel like they're in a fish bowl, being watched and even isolated. Men seem to be oblivious to any negatives of an open-plan workspace or to even see them as a positive way to work. Rachel Morrison talks to us about her study.
