Majority can kiss good bye to KiwiBuild

The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment has grim news for most first home buyers - you can't afford a KiwiBuild house. The first lot of KiwiBuild houses will go for $579k. It brings us back to the obvious question of affordability. Affordable for who? Is it a right to own your own home? If so, what needs to be done to make that possible for all?
