Trucking company says 70 hours not too long on the road

The owner of Cromwell-based trucking company Summerland Express Freight says many drivers want long working hours. Some work up to seventy hours a week. There have been a series of accidents that Summerland vehicles were involved in over the past year. Are there any lines of work where it's ok to toil for seventy hours?
