A new study has found meditation actually lowers levels of motivation, contrary to the previously held belief that mindfulness is a benefit to the workplace. Those who meditated were less likely to feel like working on assignments or spend effort to complete them. We ask the panelists whether they meditate in any way. A landowners group has been set up after the Greater Wellington Regional Council announced around 1200 property owners may be affected by environmental directives on their land.
