Meditation not helping motivation

A new study has found meditation actually lowers levels of motivation, contrary to the previously held belief that mindfulness is a benefit to the workplace.

Those who meditated were less likely to feel like working on assignments or spend effort to complete them. We ask the panelists whether they meditate in any way.
