The new Waikeria prison story broke during The Panel yesterday, and now there are more details. It won't end over-crowding and double-bunking, in fact Kelvin Davis says inmates could find themselves sleeping on mattresses on the floor, but Labour simply won't countenance a big U.S.-style jail.
