No allowances made by ACC for intellectually disabled employees

We heard from an employer of IHC workers who says his ACC levy went up markedly after a worker had an accident. We talk to ACC lawyer Chris Patterson who says as with most insurers ACC provides preferential premiums for employers who have a good claims history. But it does not take into account who the employees are.
