Four kiwi businessmen are tonight flying out to Kathmandu to compete in the Tenzing Everest Marathon. It's a rigorous and dangerous run but they're doing it to raise money Heart Kids.
We talk to one of the men, Colin Thompson, who only started running a few years ago, about preparing for the event.
