The New Zealand Defence Force is looking at how much it would cost to move Devonport's Naval Base. It's been rumoured that Dunedin is a possible option. We ask the panelists whether they think this is a good idea. Supermarket New World has revealed it has rolled out facial recognition technology at some of its North Island stores. It was only admitted when a Dunedin man was mistakenly idenitifed as a shoplifter. Meanwhile, in Britain, a new report has found the Metropolitan Police's facial recognition software is 98 percent inaccurate. Lawyer Michael Bott joins the show to discuss the legal ramifications of this technology. The Workplace Relations Minister says New Zealand needs a high-wage, high-skill economy and accepts some businesses may not survive the change but the opposition says unionism won't help growth. National's Scott Simpson has accused the minister of being arrogant as businesses struggle to keep up with high miniumum pay rates. We clarify some claims about the country's pay rates and employment with economist Cameron Bagrie. As the wedding between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry draws closer, media interest in her family increases. Bnow Ms Markle's dad has been accused of working with paparazzi to stage photos, and there's word he may have profited from them. We ask the panelists whether they care that her family might be making money out of the Royal Wedding.
