The Government's set to announce new measures to collect GST on goods bought by New Zealanders overseas. The 15 per cent applies to goods under $400 and has been dubbed the "Amazon tax".

The Prime Minister says it's not a new tax, as GST has always been applicable, but before now it hadn't been collected. The panelists tells us what they think.
