Air New Zealand is suspending its service between Kapiti Coast and Auckland. Many are shocked and disappointed at the move, which they believe will put a dent in the region's economy and put a strain on those who use the service. We talk to Donna Ryder, from the Kapiti Caci Clinic, about what it means for her business. A new study shows Americans think artifical intelligence will impact jobs in the future - just not theirs. The robots are coming but that someone else's problem. Speaking of jobs, should young people be advised to go to university or to go into a trade? Pay-wise, it's always been assumed uni is better but new figures in Australia show trades jobs are closing the gap in wages. A Rodney Ward Councillor has resigned from a committee over a $100 million unbudgeted money approved for mis-managed projects. Meanwhile Auckland Transport is under fire from business owners for spending millions on failed plans and proposals. In Christchurch,Victoria Square is about to be reopened after a $7 million upgrade. And finally, Dunedin ratepayers are forking out thousands of dollars for a mural of singer Ed Sheeran, who will be perfroming there. We speak to Gary Holmes of the Dominion Road Business Association.
