Yesterday we discussed ticket re-sellers scamming kiwis out of thousands of dollars for fake tickets. The Commerce Commission has since admitted there have been hundreds of complaints about one site in particular, Viagogo. But expert legal advice is needed to see whether this Swiss company could be controlled under New Zealand law.
Consumer NZ agrees the commission is taking far too long to stop this site. We ask the panelists their view.
