Drugged driving tests

Associate Transport Minister Julie-Anne Genter isn't convinced saliva testing is the right approach to cracking down on drugged drivers. The Transport Ministry says it's a significant issue with 1 in 13 drivers killed on the roads having medications in their system that could have impaired their driving. But Ms Genter says the saliva testing is inexpensive and the current testing system is effective. The panelists tell us what they think.
