A new study suggests just one cigarette a day increases a person's chance of heart disease and stroke. The report shows there's no safe level of smoking for such diseases so quitting completely is better than cutting back on the smokes. The taxpayers union released a report at the start of this year detailing why continued tax hikes don't encourage people to stop smoking, instead leading to financial burden for their families and an increase in crime. Taxpayers' Union executive director Jordan Williams joins the panel to discuss why e-cigarettes are a better choice.
