Police know who fired the shots but no-one's been charged after Whirinaki Forest Park helicopter shooting. The owner of Central helicopters Phil Janssen wants some progress in the investigation.
He told The Panel that he thinks he shooters were trying to claim hunting territory. But Mr Janssen says they're poachers because they were on public land.
