Christchurch decides against a sex work bylaw

Christchurch City Council has decided against a bylaw that would have regulated sex work in Manchester Street. Residents in the area have been complaining about an unsafe and dirty environment because of sex workers in the area. The police have promised they "remain committed" to helping solve the problem but residents feel abandoned. We speak to Christchurch MP Duncan Webb about what happens now.
