Convicted murderer and sex offender Phillip John Smith has won his legal challenge against the department of Corrections over ahis toupe. The judge ruled that Mr Smith's fundamental right to freedom of expression was ignored by corrections when it confiscated his toupe. The NZRU is discussing an additional All Black test later this year, against England, a team we're not due to play til 2018. A British germ expert says it is ok to eat food after you've dropped it on the floor, as long as you pick it up quickly. The developers of a new subdivision in Newlands, Wellington are at loggerheads with the local council over the names of the streets. Changes to the Shop Trading Hours Act gave local councils the option to open shops on Easter Sunday.
