Topics - In the Swedish town of Flogsta outside Stockholm, they've been screaming out their windows at 10 o'clock at night since the 1970s. The world's just discovered what they do... or re-discovered it. The celebrity British chef Jamie Oliver has found a novel way to avoid smacking his kids, he makes them eat super hot chillies instead. The particular variety of chillies he uses are more than 10 time hotter than the average jalapeno apparently. Media were interested in the smacking debate being revived this morning, in a press conference from Family First. An independent legal analysis of court cases involving prosecutions for smacking since the anti-smacking law was passed has found that the law is complicated, difficult to apply, and lower courts are getting it wrong.
