First up, a council rift is heating up in New Plymouth over the new Mayor's plan to shut down an accessibility group.

Then, the NBR says the IRD breached copyright by sharing articles from it's website. the panel hears from Intellectual Property expert Kate Duckworth.

In part two, Gisborne's got a problem: rubbish dumping. All sorts of horrors are being left outside the gates of the dump - from mattresses to old fridges, to rotting animal carcasses. And it's costing the council almost half a million dollars this year.
