Labour's tax hikes and how many gains are there in a capital gains tax? The strange case of all the missing cars in Dunedin, the Wellington trolleybus decision, the OECD now has data out measuring regional well-being in the world, not just comparing countries. For example the best place when you crunch all the numbers to live in Australia is actually the ACT, using its criteria. We can't quite drill into the data the same way in NZ, but we'll give it a rough go. The possible future of mass transit, it's claimed. It's not trolleybuses, but then it's not buses either, or trains. The Israelis are about to trial it.
