Clear Path Ensemble is the brainchild of Cory Champion, a composer, percussionist, and sound artist based in Poneke, Wellington.
His mahi spans a wide range of disciplines, reflecting deep and varied musical interests from improvisational jazz to experimental sound art and underground dance music.
Cory has recorded and performed with a multitude of artists, including Fat Freddy's Drop, Avantdale Bowling Club, Aja, and Nathan Haines to name a few.
He joined Kara Rickard to select some tunes on The Mixtape.
