The end is nigh for Budget 2019

Each sitting week MPs work through a list of tasks organised by the Leader of the House.

This week is ordinary as far as Parliament goes with MPs set to work steadily through legislation which isn't that controversial.

Leader of the House Chris Hipkins said there will be more work on the last stage of the Budget 2019 Bill (Appropriations), the Kāinga Ora Bill (housing), school donations, and Ngāti Hinerangi claims settlement bill (Treaty of Waitangi claims).
