Te Waonui a TMK for 16 April 2017

The Waitangi Tribunal has found the Department of Corrections has failed Maori by not doing enough to reduce the high Maori reoffending rates calling it "grossly disproportionate" and "devastating" and Te Teko locals have transformed their three bedroom home to accommodate 22 of their whanau who've become Edgecumbe refugees.
