Broadcaster, author and educator Dr Haare Williams provides an insight into the practices of Māori culture.

He argues that women should take up speaking rites on the marae that are normally reserved for men.

Also, Dr Wayne Ngata returns this week to talk about why it's vital for the younger generation to be accorded speaking roles on the oratory bench and more importantly why whanau should allow them to take charge.
