After 32 years as a sales executive at Ford in Detroit, Mike O’Brien recently retired. In a farewell email to his colleagues, he included a spreadsheet of mixed metaphors and malaprops uttered in Ford meetings, from companywide gatherings to side conversations that O’Brien had recorded over the years.
