Could more have been done to prevent LynnMall terror attack?

From Sunday Morning, 8:30 am on 5 September 2021

Friday's terror attack at LynnMall came after the 32-year-old Sri Lankan-born offender had been on the police radar for five years.

The timeline involving this man -- who was shot dead by police -- during his 10 years in New Zealand and his brushes with the law and with the courts is long, and for most of us it's confusing.

To try and sort through aspects of why this man was free to do what he did at LynnMall, we're joined by Waikato University's Professor of International Law, Dr Alexander Gillespie.
