A new consumer satisfaction survey shows two-thirds of New Zealanders prefer cashiers over self-service checkouts, despite the continued rise of self-service checkouts around the country. The survey also revealed around 50% of shoppers spend between $100-$199 per week on groceries. Chris Quin is the CEO of Foodstuffs North Island talks to Jim about the results of the survey.
