Brownlee says it's too early to tell if port reform is needed

The Transport Minister, Gerry Brownlee, would not comment on the dispute at the Ports of Auckland itself, but he says the Government is keen to see the final report into the transport system from the Productivity Commission. The minister joins the programme.
