Treating MS

Anne La Flamme is an immunologist at Victoria University, whose research focus is on multiple sclerosis. Her main goal is to find new treatments that would benefit MS patients who do not respond to existing medication. In particular, Anne investigates the role of one specific immune cell, the macrophage, in the regulation of pro-inflammatory diseases such as MS.
