In 2021, Vera Ellen burst onto the scene with her debut album It's Your Birthday, which won the Wellington musician Best Alternative Artist at the Aotearoa Music Awards.
Just a month ago, her sophomore record Ideal Home Noise earned her the prestigious Taite Music Prize.
Clearly not one to rest on her laurels, last week Ellen released the EP heartbreak for jetlag.
She performs a live session in our Wellington studio.
