Why is the Ministry of Education no longer funding the successful Te Kotahitanga programme?

The Ministry of Education has stopped funding for a programme at the heart of dramatic increases in achievement which have won Northland's Keri Keri high school a 2014 Prime Minister's award. Te Kotahitanga is a research and professional development programme for teachers which has improved the achievement of Maori students in schools where it is used.
